Message	Funny you brought this up, I went to a reputable shop in my area and this is what they quoted me on for a Alpine system: Alpine sys 4 button (SEC8028): 169.00 Optionanl radar sensor: 35.99 Digital alarm pager: 150.00 Hood pin: 20.00 Back up battery: 35.00 Labor: 225.00 --------------------------------- Total: 684.20 If you wanted to upgrade to the Apline system with display (SEC8063) it wold be a extra 280.00 bringing it to a Total of 986.97 w/ the same options and same labor. I heard that the pagers are not all that great in range but i wanted one for the times I'm at a restaurant or my Z is outside my (or a friends) apartment. From what got, all 4 buttons would be hooded up to remote starter, windows, etc. included in the above cost. So, you figure of 700.00 was almost the same as mine. Even though this quote was from a few months ago, a new estimate would probably be around the same figure. Now since I got my Z back from the shop after two months, with all the extras on it now, I'm gettin' kinda paranoid about only having the stock alarm sytem.
